WHAT LENGTH SHOULD I PURCHASE?
There are many factors to consider when selecting your desired length of hair extensions: natural hair length, desired hair style and height. For example, 20 inch hair extensions may appear shorter on someone who is 5 ft. 8 inches tall in comparison to someone who is 5 ft. 3 inches tall. This guideline is best to follow when ordering Cheryl Ann Audain human hair extensions and clip ins. -

CAN I USE HEAT STYLING TOOLS ON THE HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Yes. Just like your natural hair, Cheryl Ann Audainhuman hair extensions can be blow-dried, curled and straightened. To maintain, protect and extend the lifespan of the hair extensions, we recommend you use the Cheryl Ann Audain Moroccan Shine Oil as a heat protectant spray, prior to heat styling. -
HOW MANY BUNDLES SHOULD I PURCHASE?
We recommend purchasing 2-3 bundles for a natural look and feel. If you prefer more volume, we recommend 3-4 bundles. For curly wave patterns and longer hair extensions, we recommend 4. Essentially, you will always need 2-4 bundles. -

WHAT IS THE LONGEST LENGTH YOU CARRY?
40 inch Brazilian, 26 inch Peruvian and Malaysian, 30 inch Indian and Kinky. -
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We provide domestic shipping for a flat rate fee of $12, with packages being delivered in 5-7 business days. -
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
No, unfortunately we do not offer express shipping at this time. -

Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Return and Exchange Policy Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus, our policy won’t allow us to give a refund, compensate, or exchange merchandise/products that’s been tampered with, has a missing label, or worn for an extended amount of time. The safety of our team, customers, and vendors will always be key to our policies and decision making.

Return/Exchange – No Refunds. Due to the purity of our hair, we encourage all Cheryl Ann Audain customers to gently wash their unprocessed bundles prior to installing. We will take exchanges only on unused or unopened bundles within 7 days of purchase with original receipt issued during purchase. All sales are final on other items.
